Annie Bissett

Annie Bissett (Northampton, MA) began making Japanese-style woodblock prints in 2005, building on a 20-year career as a freelance digital illustrator. Her print work has been included in exhibitions at International Print Center New York, New York, NY; Boston Printmakers, Boston, MA; Minnesota Center for Book Arts, Minneapolis, MN; Robert Blackburn Printmaking Workshop, New York, NY; and The Royal Scottish Academy, Edinburgh, Scotland, among others. It has also been reproduced in print and online publications including the Utne Reader and American Public Media. Bissett is a core faculty member at Zea Mays Printmaking Studio, Florence, MA.
