David Temchulla (born 1987, Denver, CO; lives New York) holds a BFA from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago and an MPS from New York University’s Tisch Interactive Telecommunications Program. Temchulla’s work has been exhibited both nationally and internationally, most recently at Mana Contemporary, Jersey City; Super Dutchess Gallery, New York; and Monaco Gallery, St. Louis, as well as at CAMPO, Pueblo Garzon, Uruguay. He is the co-founder of Putty’s Coronation, a series of new media art happenings in New York. He has been in residency at Mana Contemporary, Jersey City and Vermont Studio Center Residency Fellowship, Johnson as well as in La Vallonea, Italy.

Using various mediums including sculpture, photography, interactive technologies and cybernetics, David Temchulla explores the cultural influence of emerging technologies on our perceptions of self, society and potential human futures.
