Statement from the Artist:
My series “Uncontained Consumption” is a group of digitally composited images using bits and pieces of photographs of dumpster walls to recreate oceans consumed by waste. The series challenges the viewer to decide if they are staring at a beautiful oceanscape or an apocalyptic view of the future of our oceans transformed by the products of our consumption.
