Coburn<\/strong> (Lawrence, KS), <strong>Julie Anne Greenberg<\/strong> (Raleigh, NC), and <strong>Jacob Koestler<\/strong> (Cleveland, OH). These artists were selected from the 420 applicants to our <em>92nd ANNUAL International Competitio<\/em>n.
