Statement
“For two years I have photographed Ivy, my lover and confidant, my partner. What began as a visceral documentation of falling in love progressed into a series of images about our version of intimacy and collaboration, showing daily experiences that are ordinary and eccentric, carefully constructed and instantaneous. This series is the introduction to an ongoing chronology of our partnership – the beginning of a lifelong collaboration between Ivy and me.
Ivy’s contribution to this work is manifold, starting with a conversation and ending with exhibition details. Thank you, Ivy for giving me the opportunity to show you and us“.
