Anastasia Davis (born Ukraine; lives New Haven, CT) received a BA from Northwestern University, Evanston, IL and an MA from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, IL. She also studied at the International Center of Photography, New York, NY. Her work is concerned with sensory and emotional experience before it is translated into meaning, along with the exploration of what lies between perception and interpretation. Her work has been featured in group exhibitions worldwide. She has published self-portrait by the house wall (Spaces Corners, 2018) and the zine Sunless (2021). She was awarded the Silver Eye Publication Prize in 2018.
