Codi Barbini’s (lives Los Angeles, CA and MI) work explores language, symbols and structures; how we are spoken to, and the roles we are given and play. Her work has been exhibited at venues including the A+D Museum, Los Angeles; Santa Monica Museum of Art (now The Institute of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles); Dinner Gallery, New York, NY; and Heiress Gallery, St. Petersburg, FL; as well as internationally at OVNi Festival, Nice, France. Barbini’s work has been published in Artillery Magazine, Dazed, Flaunt Magazine and WePresent, among others.
