Rachel Sitkin Marks is the newest member of The Print Center family and joined our staff in May 2015. Before relocating to Philadelphia, Rachel spent a decade working in art nonprofits in Baltimore and Washington, DC. Most recently, she was the Assistant Director of Career Development at Maryland Institute College of Art. Rachel was a founding member of the pioneering artist run Current Gallery in Baltimore and has worked as an independent curator, organizing several group exhibitions including In Our Nature: Artists Reflect on the Manmade Landscape (2009) at Maryland Art Place, Baltimore, MD, and Colorsight (2010) at American University, Washington, DC. She is also an arts writer for BMore Art, The Studio Visit Online, and the former Fiber Arts Magazine, and an exhibiting painter, having earned her BFA from MICA and her MFA from American University.
