Soledad Salamé: The Print Center Solo Exhibition Award

Soledad Salamé (Baltimore, MD) was born in Santiago, Chile and received her BA from Santiago College, Santiago, Chile, and her MA from the Graphic Arts Institute for Graphic Instruction, CONAC, Caracas, Venezuela. She has had many noteworthy exhibitions, including those at The Contemporary Museum, Baltimore, MD; Museum of Fine Arts, Santiago, Chile; and Katonah Museum of Art, Westchester, NY. Her work was included in the nationally traveling exhibition Latin American Women Artists, 1915-1995. Her works is included in collections throughout the world, including the National Museum of Women in the Arts, Washington, D.C.; The Baltimore Museum of Art, Baltimore, MD; and the University of Essex, UK. She is the founder and director of Sol Print Studios and teaches print workshops for all levels.  www.soledadsalame.com
