Scott Reeds
Semifinalist

Scott Reeds (b. Sioux City, IA; l. Brooklyn, NY) has a BFA from the University of California, Berkeley and an MFA from the Yale School of Art, New Haven, CT. He grew up in Southern California and moved to New York City, where he has a printmaking studio in Red Hook, Brooklyn. Reeds’ work was exhibited at the Canada Gallery, New York, NY and in The Print Center, Philadelphia’s 56th ANNUAL. His work is held in the collections of the Brooklyn Museum, NY; Yale University, New Haven, CT; New York Public Library; and the Library of Congress, Washington, DC. Reeds has received fellowships from the Gottlieb Foundation, the National Endowment for the Arts and the New York Foundation for the Arts. He teaches at Trinity College in Hartford, CT.
