Catherine Sollman

Catherine Sollman (b. 1972, WI; l. Chicago, IL) has a BFA from the School of the Art Institute, Chicago, IL. She is a printmaker, painter and teaching-artist whose small-scale works on paper emphasize geometry and color play. Sollman’s work has been exhibited in galleries across the US, including Print Austin, TX; Mixografia, Los Angeles, CA; Highpoint Center for Printmaking, Minneapolis, MN; Moreau Gallery at St. Mary’s College, Notre Dame, IN; OS Projects in Racine, WI and Anonymous Society, Redding, CT. She is a 2026 Artist-in-Residence at PenArt, Fish Creek, WI, and teaches community printmaking classes at the Marshall J. Gardner Center for the Arts, Gary, IN.
