Di Sun (Indianapolis, IN) was born and raised in China. He received his MFA from the Herron School of Art and Design, Indianapolis, IN. Sun is a full time artist working mainly in photography and related mediums. Sun’s work centers on an exploration of photography, shuffling the elemental components of the medium to produce a distinctly uncompromising body of work, open to experimentation. His work has been featured in different shows nationwide.
To create these works, the artist exposed color photo paper to ambient light and then washed the surface of the paper with developer mixed with cold water.
