We are delighted to welcome renowned gallerist Catherine Edelman as Honorary Guest Curator! Catherine and The Print Center are joined by an extraordinarily generous group of artists, collectors and gallerists to bring you an amazing array of artworks. Just a few of the exceptional artists’ works to be sold to benefit The Print Center are those by Keliy Anderson-Staley, Alex Dodge, Jon Feinstein, Alida Fish, Robert Indiana, Cary Leibowitz, Philip Pearlstein, Steve Powers (ESPO), Keris Salmon, Soledad Salamé, Zoe Strauss, Shawn Theodore, Hiroshi Watanabe, Didier William and Carmen Winant.
The Benefit is our most important annual fundraiser – proceeds directly support our critically-acclaimed exhibitions, publications and educational programs.

MEET THE HONORARY CURATOR: CATHERINE EDELMAN

Catherine Edelman founded the Catherine Edelman Gallery (CEG) in Chicago in 1987, after receiving a BFA at the Philadelphia College of Art (now the University of the Arts) and an MFA in Photography at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. CEG has established itself as one of the leading galleries in the Midwest devoted to the exhibition of prominent living photographers, alongside new & young talent. The gallery participates in art fairs throughout the country and is widely respected as a leader, educator and specialist in the field of contemporary photography. Edelman is an active member of the Association of International Photography Art Dealers (AIPAD) and is the co-founder of CASE Art Fund.

BIDDING:
You can bid at Artsy, or on your iPhone using the free Artsy App available in the iOS App Store, in two ways:
- Enter the current bid amount on Artsy. It is easy to follow your bids – you will receive email notifications and text messages if you are outbid.
- Enter the highest bid that are willing to make – Artsy will bid automatically for you. The amount bid will never be higher than the amount needed to win.
Be sure to place your maximum bid early – bidding closes at 5pm sharp – you don’t want to lose your treasure to a last second bidder!
Bid Increments:
Below $1,000: $50
$1,000 - $1,999: $100
$2,000 - $4,999: $250
$5,000 - $9,999: $500
$10,000 - $19,999: $1,000
Winning bidders will be notified by email or text as soon as the Auction closes.
Winning bidders will be contacted by The Print Center on Tuesday, December 7 to accept payment and make shipping or pick-up arrangements.
After the Auction closes – unsold lots will available at the minimum bid price, and remain available until December 22, 2021. These will be posted on December 10 on our Benefit Sale site.
All sales are final – no exchanges or refunds. All items are sold as is.
By completing a purchase, a buyer waives any claims for liability against either The Print Center or the donor of the property or service. Neither The Print Center nor the donor is responsible for any personal injury or damage to property that may result from the utilization of property or services sold.
All items involving services, tickets, events, etc., are subject to conditions stipulated by the donor.
The Print Center membership discounts do not apply to Auction purchases.
Contributions to The Print Center are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Items that are left unclaimed for more than 90 days become the property of The Print Center.
