Public Exhibition Tour

Join us for a guided tour led by our Jensen Bryan Curator, Lauren Rosenblum. The free, in-person tour will explore the solo exhibitions awarded from our 100th ANNUAL International Competition: Glen Baldridge: The Pond, Mary Enoch Elizabeth Baxter: Epilogues of the Black Madonna and Adi Sundoro: Seeking Into The Folds.

Baldridge, Baxter and Sundoro take widely different approaches, but express strong creative perspectives through a compelling exploration of materials. Baldridge’s night-vision photographs of a pond near Portland, ME, reveal psychedelic undercurrents; Baxter’s activist reinterpretations of 19th century daguerreotypes advocate for Black women and girls; and Sundoro’s prints explore the implications of security breaches by the Indonesian government in recycled food wrappers.
